On Site Training
On-site training of ALARMT™ is available for groups of three or more at your location. The investment of the on-site course is $247 per attendee for three or more managers plus instructor travel expenses. This is an extreme value compared to even a small increase in productivity, quality, safety, attendance or customer satisfaction. By us coming to you, it combines the low travel cost and minimal time off the job benefit of online training with the advantage of instructor interaction and group participation. It has been said that retention rates are higher in group meetings than online but the most important factor after any training will be the Implementation Rates. Training can be conducted on-site or at a facility of your choice. This cost includes the instructor, the training binder and a transcript of the ALARMT audio course for future reference. The transcript will be e-mailed in PDF format to each attendee upon completion of the course. When you consider the fact that the cost of this course may be the only money you spend this year on management development, it is a small price to pay to let your team know you are “for them”. A good exercise is to take the cost of management development training and divide the cost by the number of days since the last training. Ex: A manager attended ALARMT™ two years ago at $247. $247 ÷ 730 (two years) = $.34 a day you have spent on leadership development. We would like to be part of your leadership training budget. If you don’t have a leadership training budget, we would like to be the reason you create one. ALARMT™ is approximately seven hours in length. Also, we are available for training on your time table to suit your needs. We have taught this at factories and were able to accommodate different shifts. One of the most popular is 1PM-5PM and 9AM-Noon on the next day. We want to serve you. This is why we are willing to train in small numbers. We recognize that all managers deserve to have the knowledge and skill sets to be successful. We also realize the difficulty in pulling a large number of employees "off the job". We would prefer to limit class size to 12 as to provide time for discussions. Once we have received your information, we will e-mail a proposal that will include training and travel costs. This will be the total cost. There are no hidden fees or additional charges. You will be invoiced after the training. Note: Travel costs are explained below. Upon approval, just reply to the e-mail or e-mail greg@alarmt.com with "proposal approved" in the subject line. Travel expenses will include airfare or mileage at $.55 per mile (whichever is less), transportation (rental car or taxi) charges if required and lodging if necessary.
