Alarmt - Accountable Leadership And Results Management Training
An Investment In Your Leaders and Employees.

“If you are in a position of leadership and do not consider equipping, developing and improving your team as a major part of WHY you do what you do, I have a suggestion. Do whatever it takes to change your thought process. You will NEVER be a truly effective leader and create a culture that you are "For" your team. You will be viewed as "Against Them" or "For Yourself". Sorry to be so blunt but Unwilling To Settle is NOT a Fluff Factory.
A layoff or business closing due to poor leadership is blunt also.”
– Greg Gilbert

"What if? What if, as a result of your leadership team attending our full day, Five ALARMT™ course, you saw improvement in one or more of the following items; quality, productivity, attendance, safety, morale or revenue generation? If not ALARMT™, what are you currently providing that could provide this improvement?
Something? Nothing? What if?" - Greg Gilbert

“The dictionary is not the only place where “accountability” comes before “profitability” and “sustainability”.
It occurs in that order every single day in business and life.
The most profitable and sustainable accountability is Personal Accountability.” – Greg Gilbert

“Greg Gilbert is a man on a mission who will help you exceed your expectations.”
- Willie Jolley-CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame Member.

Important Message For City, County, State and Federal Leadership.

ALARMT™ or some sort of regular leadership training is critical to your organization. Why? Because of the design of your business model. You are seen as "on the taxpayer's dime". Inefficiencies and poor customer service tend to worsen your reputation and frustrate your customers. You MUST view EVERY interaction with the public sector as a customer contact.

In many cases, you are the ONLY source of the product or service. A great organization always treats the customers as if they have other choices but have chosen you. Prior to deregulation, A T & T had an advertising slogan, "We may be the only phone company in town, but we try not to act like it". If you are the only source for a product or service, do you try not to act like it?

The biggest problem with your business model is that your team can anger customers, provide horrible customer service, miss commitments and allow poor performers to remain on the payroll and in most cases, your revenue stream remains the same. Accountability is critical in your operation.

You must change public perception and it begins with each leader. Please forward the link www.UnwillingToSettle.com to the person in charge of leadership training within your organization. We want to assist you in improving your efficiency, reputation and removing the drama from personnel issues.

You may even have a mindset problem within your organization. What is it? It's a mindset that allows mediocre or poor performance. It's a mindset that considers being reactive (putting out fires) and never proactive (eliminating the source of the fire) as successfully performing their job. (Oh, and this mindset considers THAT as creating job security.)

It's a mindset that believes the myth of seniority or tenure granting immunity from performance standards. It's a mindset that only addresses performance problems once a year. It's a mindset that includes all of the above and is shocked, mad and upset when their position is eliminated or they are replaced. This mindset exists at every level within many organizations in ALL sectors.

Note: As you can see we are not in the business of ignoring the obvious, we are in the "Results" business. The most important lesson at Unwilling To Settle is to NOT ignore problems. They will not disappear on their own. Personnel problems are like a full diaper. Something MUST be changed or the stink will remain.

Oh, we are not saying that YOU have this mindset but some of your co-workers may and they could be putting YOUR job in jeopardy.
